At The Candle Craft Co., your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unsused and unburned.
  • In original packaging
  • Same condition as recieved.

To process a return, we require your order number or other proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Burned or used candles
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Returns may also be declined if an item is returned damaged, missing components, or otherwise not in its original condition for reasons not caused by The Candle Craft Co.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by law. Sale, clearance, or promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at candles@andrewlink.xyz or use oue contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.


Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, an approved return may be issued as store credit.

If the order was shipped to the gift purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Before sending any item back, please contact us for return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
