1. What are the candles made of?

All of our candles are handcrafted using 100% natural soy wax, premium non-toxic fragrance oils, and high-quality cotton wicks to provide a clean, long-lasting burn with excellent scent throw, making them a safer and more eco-friendly alternative to traditional paraffin candles.

2. How long do the candles burn for?

The burn time depends on the size of your candle and how it's cared for, with our 4 oz candles typically lasting 20–30 hours and our 8 oz candles lasting approximately 40–50 hours; for the best performance, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the top during the first burn.

4. Are the candles eco-friendly?

Yes! We are committed to creating candles that are both enjoyable and environmentally conscious by using renewable soy wax and non-toxic fragrance oils that burn cleaner than traditional paraffin wax while producing less soot and providing a high-quality fragrance experience.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we gladly accept returns on unused and unburned candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, and we also replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect; please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and ensure your request is handled as quickly as possible.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping, after which delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout; during holidays, promotions, or for custom orders, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States to ensure reliable delivery and the best possible customer experience, but we hope to expand our shipping options to additional countries in the future as our business continues to grow.

8. Can I customize my order or have a candle made with a specific scent?

Absolutely! We love creating one-of-a-kind candles and offer custom scent combinations, personalized labels, and special orders for birthdays, weddings, holidays, gifts, businesses, and other occasions; simply contact us through our Contact Page with your ideas and we'll work with you to create something special, though custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the request.
